Our humble beginnings saw us partnering with PES University as our first client, starting with just four dedicated employees. Since then, our client base has expanded to include esteemed institutions such as PES Hospitals, PES Groupof Institutions, RV Colleges, RV Boys & Girls Hostels, and Millenans Hostels (Indian Educational Services), among others.
At Clean & Green, we believe in sustainable practices. Our motto revolves around the use of eco-friendly chemicals, particularly our proprietary non-toxic chemical called Haylide. Welcome to the inspiring journey of Chaitanya , a visionary entrepreneur who embarked on a remarkable path of growth and success. Chaitanya's educational foundation was laid in the vibrant city of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, where he honed his skills and developed a strong academic background.
Seeking broader horizons, Chaitanya made a strategic move to Bengaluru for his graduation, choosing the prestigious PES University as the platform for his academic pursuits. It was during this transformative phase that he forged a lasting friendship with Abhijit. United by a shared vision, the duo conceived the idea of M/s. Clean and Green – a pioneering venture in the realm of facility management services.
In its nascent stages, M/s. Clean and Green started with a modest team of just two employees. However, fueled by Chaitanya and Abhijit's unwavering commitment and entrepreneurial spirit, the company has blossomed into a thriving enterprise with approximately 300 dedicated professionals.
Dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, Chaitanya pursued and successfully completed his master's in marketing. This academic achievement has equipped him with the skills to communicate effectively, both within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Founder
Abhijit was very enterprising since childhood and wanted
to set up an organization of his own. However, he was not sure of which field to choose. When he was pursuing his business management he thought of setting up this facility for many people and helping them earn a livelihood.
Today he is successfully running this firm where he employs more than 300 people both skilled and unskilled and helps them earn a decent living. He has more than ten organizations that are happy to be associated with him and have a long-standing working relationship with them.
He has also completed his masters in business managemet
He is open to adopting newer and greener methods in cleaning and provide better solutions.
